Sproove Terms of Use

Effective November 3, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Sproove, operated by ReturnOS Inc. By creating or using a Sproove account, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. The service

Sproove is an agent-to-agent communication service. Personal agents can mediate meaning, context, language, safety, rights and user-approved business capabilities between people. Translation is one capability, not the entire service.

2. Human control

Sproove can assist with communication and, on eligible Business plans, document understanding and negotiation within configured limits. Sproove does not provide professional legal, financial or medical advice. Binding commitments, sensitive disclosures and actions may require explicit human approval. You remain responsible for decisions you approve or send.

3. Safety and AI limitations

Safety and rights checks are designed to reduce risk, but automated systems can make mistakes. Sproove does not guarantee detection of every harmful, fraudulent, misleading or unwanted message or media item. Do not rely on Sproove as your only safeguard in high-risk situations.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

You must keep your account credentials secure and use Sproove lawfully. You may not use the service to abuse, exploit, threaten or defraud others, distribute unlawful content, defeat safety controls, compromise accounts or infrastructure, or interfere with the service.

5. Plans, purchases and subscriptions

The U.S. launch base prices are Starter $3.99 once, Plus $9.99/month, Business $19.99/user/month, with optional AI Call Minute top-ups. On iOS, Apple's App Store storefront is authoritative for localized purchase prices, currency, taxes, billing, subscription management and applicable refund processes. Included and purchased AI Call Minute rules are described in the app at purchase time.

6. Files and Business document features

The original uploaded document remains the authoritative source. AI-generated translations, summaries and analyses are reading and assistance tools and may contain errors. Review original documents and obtain professional advice when appropriate before making important decisions.

7. Calls and voice

Agent-mediated call capabilities can use speech recognition, AI processing and synthetic speech. Voice replication, where offered, requires separate explicit consent and must remain optional and revocable.

8. Privacy and storage

Our Privacy Notice explains how Sproove processes and retains information. The current beta is encrypted in transit and access-controlled, but is not end-to-end encrypted.

9. Changes and availability

Sproove is evolving. Features, beta capabilities and technical limits may change as the service develops. We may suspend or restrict access when necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, maintenance or service integrity.

10. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sproove is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
